I stayed at the Novotel next door a few days ago, and then moved to this hotel because the Novotel was fully booked. I thought that the same price and the same star rating should not be much different, but it really fits the saying that there is no harm without comparison. First of all, the room facilities are relatively old, which is nothing. The bathroom is the kind that you need to stand in the bathtub to shower, and there will be a lot of water leaking on the floor after taking a shower. The service is also unsatisfactory. After cleaning on the first day, the cleaning staff said that they would send me floor towels and face towels later, but they were not delivered in the evening. I called to ask for floor towels, and I don’t know if they didn’t understand or what, and they were not delivered. Finally, the breakfast is really worse than the Novotel next door. It is no exaggeration to say that there are only less varieties than the general Novotel, and the fruits are not fresh. In short, if you can stay in Novotel, don’t choose this place. Don’t choose Sofitel later. By the way, I forgot to say that I checked in on the 7th and checked out on the 10th. The Wi-Fi account given is valid only until 23:59 on the 9th night, and I can only use my own data in the morning of the 10th.

Although the hotel front desk knew that I was staying alone, they insisted on charging city tax for two people. The reason was that the order Ctrip gave to the hotel was marked as "two people staying"... Ctrip made a mistake, and the hotel took advantage of it, and the unlucky one was the customer!
